These terms apply when you access or use digitingcard.com and its related Digiting Card features. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or use the service.

What Digiting Card provides

Digiting Card provides tools for creating, managing, publishing, and sharing digital business cards and related QR, contact, WhatsApp, analytics, lead, and business-profile features. The available features and limits depend on the current plan and may change as the product evolves.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, providing information you are authorized to use, and activity that occurs through your account. Contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Public card content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Digiting Card permission to host, process, resize, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the features you choose to use.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to publish names, logos, images, documents, contact details, claims, and other material placed on your card. Public card information can be seen by people who receive the URL and may be eligible for search-engine indexing.

Plans and payments

Digiting Card currently offers a Free plan and annual paid plans. The current public price, included features, and limits are shown on the pricing page and confirmed during checkout. Paid access is applied for the period associated with the completed payment. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider.

Refund requests are handled under the separate Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Digiting Card to:

• impersonate another person or business;
• publish content you do not have permission to use;
• mislead visitors about qualifications, verification, affiliation, or identity;
• distribute malware, phishing pages, scams, or fraudulent payment instructions;
• harass, threaten, exploit, or unlawfully discriminate against others;
• attempt to bypass access controls, plan limits, or security measures;
• interfere with the availability or integrity of the service; or
• use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

Moderation and account action

We may restrict, unpublish, suspend, or remove content or accounts when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, security risks, legal requirements, non-payment, or material violations of these terms. Where practical and appropriate, we may provide notice or a way to contact support about the action.

Service availability

We work to keep Digiting Card available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed, repaired, limited, or discontinued when needed for security, maintenance, product changes, or other operational reasons.

Third-party services

Cards and tools may link to services such as WhatsApp, maps, social networks, websites, payment providers, or other third parties. Their products and policies are controlled by those third parties, not by Digiting Card.

Privacy

How Digiting Card processes account, card, analytics, billing, and support information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Digiting Card is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the service, third-party services, user-published content, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Applicable law

These terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable laws of India. Any mandatory consumer or other legal rights that apply to you are not removed by these terms.
