This policy explains how Digiting Card processes information when you create an account, build or view a digital business card, use our tools, contact support, or purchase a paid plan.

A Digiting Card can be a public profile. Information you choose to publish on a card may be visible to anyone who has the public URL and, when the card is eligible for search indexing, may also be discoverable through search engines.

Information we process

• Account information: information such as your name, email address, phone number, account status, and profile settings when you provide them.
• Card content: the contact, business, social, location, media, product/service, document, and other information you choose to add to a Digiting Card.
• Lead and interaction information: information submitted through enabled enquiry/lead features and technical events used to provide card analytics.
• Billing records: plan, amount, payment status, transaction/reference identifiers, and related billing records. Full payment-card details are entered through the payment provider's checkout rather than a Digiting Card card-number form.
• Technical information: information needed to operate and protect the service, such as request logs, device or browser information, IP address, and security events.
• Support information: the messages and context you send when asking us for help or reporting a problem.

Why we use this information

• Create, host, edit, and share Digiting Cards.
• Authenticate accounts and apply plan limits or entitlements.
• Provide lead, analytics, QR, contact-saving, and other enabled product features.
• Process and verify plan payments and maintain billing records.
• Respond to support, privacy, billing, and abuse requests.
• Detect abuse, protect accounts, troubleshoot failures, and maintain the service.
• Understand product usage when optional analytics has been accepted.

Public cards and search engines

Information published on a public card is intended to be viewed by other people. Do not publish information you do not want visitors to see. Digiting Card applies eligibility rules before allowing supported public cards to be indexed, but removing a page from our service does not guarantee that third-party caches or search results disappear immediately.

Analytics and browser storage

Digiting Card may use necessary browser storage for sign-in, security, saved preferences, and product operation. Google Analytics is treated as optional on the public website and is loaded only after you accept analytics through the consent notice. If you reject optional analytics, that choice is stored in your browser so the site can respect it on later visits from that browser.

Payments and service providers

When online checkout is available, payment processing can be handled by Razorpay. We may also rely on infrastructure, email, authentication, analytics, and other service providers where they are needed to operate Digiting Card. Those providers process information for their respective service functions and may have their own privacy terms.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the account or service, resolve disputes, maintain billing or security records, and meet applicable obligations. You can ask us about correction or deletion of account information by using the contact details below. Some records may need to be retained where there is a legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reason to do so.

Security

We use application controls such as authenticated account areas, access checks, validation, and restricted administrative actions to protect the service. No website or storage system can promise absolute security. If you believe an account or public card has a security problem, contact us promptly and do not send passwords, OTPs, or payment-card details by email.

Your choices and requests

Depending on the request and applicable law, you can contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, consent, or another privacy concern. We may need enough information to verify that the request relates to you or your account before acting on it.
